All events are held at The Walled Garden Studio in Hildenborough, Kent and local swimming pools. We also run private camps and clinics for club’s and organizations. VO2 Maximum Alpine Training Week £475 (not including transfers or additional extras)
Saturday 30th May - Saturday 6th June
VO2 are holding a training week in the spectacular French Alps. Based in the picturesque village of Macot la Plagne in the Tarentaise Valley you will experience a week of coached swimming, cycling and running with VO2 Maximum.
The trip includes 7 nights with 7 breakfasts and 5 evening meals. Spaces are limited to 12 athletes with two coaches (1:6 coaching ratio) plus additional support. This camp will contain some spectacular bike routes that will require a good level of triathlon fitness pre camp as some ascents will take an hour plus to complete. However everyone will be supported throughout and no one gets dropped!

I decided to undertake the challenge of a triathlon as I had ran the London Marathon and decided I wanted to learn to swim and triathlon seemed like the best way to do this. I wanted to do everything right from the start so I contacted vo2maximum. Jimmy George then helped me develop my swimming and cycling ability and helped me with my nutrition, as I also wanted to lose weight. I completed my first triathlon and achieved a result I only dreamed of. I am now hooked and love the sport. I am very great full for the support I received as this has made my training and racing a life changing experience. I am now planning my next season of racing and working on improving all my split times with goals to qualify for the Great Britain Age group team.
