"I have been training with Paula for 3 years and she has helped me develop every aspect of my training and racing. Working with a coach has been the best single investment I have made in triathlon. Paula's coaching ability and knowledge base changed me as an athlete. I now don't have any weaknesses and am happy that I am a complete athlete. I am strong, fast, lean, have great endurance and have great results. I would highly recommend vo2maximum coaching to anyone serious about improving their triathlon ability".
"I decided to undertake the challenge of a triathlon as I had ran the London Marathon and decided I wanted to learn to swim and triathlon seemed like the best way to do this. I wanted to do everything right from the start so I contacted VO2maximum. Jimmy George then helped me develop my swimming and cycling ability and helped me with my nutrition, as I also wanted to lose weight. I completed my first triathlon and achieved a result I only dreamed of. I am now hooked and love the sport. I am very grateful for the support I received as this has made my training and racing a life changing experience. I am now planning my next season of racing and working on improving all my split times with goals to qualify for the Great Britain Age group team."
