
The VO2 coaching system is a tried and tested method of coaching. Along with the great support and knowledge of our coaches we have a proven system that works and is successful for all clients.
You have the option as to how you pay along with the choice to bolt on services to create the level of coaching you require.
We use training peaks software for our coaches to communicate with our athletes. This is a very flexible way of coaching as we have the ability to keep all your data in one place along with annual plans, weekly plans, food diarys and downloaded data. The software is compatable to most training monitors including polar, garmin, srm, power-tap, suunto.
How to start: Contact us specifying which sport you are training for or if you have a preferences on your coach. Your coach will then contact you with a questionnaire and payment setup options.
Once we receive the questionnaire and the first payment has been received we will then begin coaching. Location dependable we do meet all our athletes to get to know you!
