VO2 Training Weekend

Cycling Coaching with VO2 at the Training WeekendOur weekend was a great success and being one of the first events we have organised are more than happy with the feedback from the athletes that attended. On day one we covered endurance cycling, transition training, and swim analysis. On day two we covered cycling hills, strength and conditioning for endurance athletes, track testing to predict 10k times and how to improve your time, swim part 2 drills and improving technique.

Due to the success of the weekend we are now organising a master plan of training camps and clinics in the coming months - so watch this space!

VO2 Training Weekend - February 16th-17th 2008We still have a few places left on our training weekend. Book now to avoid disappointment!

It is going to be a great weekend, both VO2 coaches will be on hand and we have a full agenda planed covering every aspect of triathlon to get you to the season in the best shape possible.

The weekend is on February 16th-17th and is at The Walled Garden in Hildenborough, Kent. We are very near the M25, so we are very easy to find! We are also near Tonbridge and Sevenoaks. The weekend will be covering swimming, cycling, running, transition, and discussing strength and conditioning for triathlon. Dont hesitate and book now!
