Refresh or learn the skills of the fourth discipline before you begin racing in 2012. We will review transition skills and create the environment to test out new skills and techniques. We only have 8 spaces on each clinic to offer a 1:4 coaching ratio and are opening it up to current clients first before the public.
The most over looked part of triathlon is the transition. We will cover the options in a transition for any type of triathlete along with practical sessions using our own transition area.
