The VO2 Story

We set up VO2 in 2008. Our objective was to deliver outstanding personal training and coaching with the latest knowledge and using techniques that work. Years later we still hold the same ethos and have grown the company to be able to help more clients.

We operate out of a purpose built facility and continue to develop out knowledge base. 

In this time we have helped 1000's of people achieve from weight lose goals to World Championship titles.

  • We believe in training for long term sustainable change
  • We ensure that training is programmed and progressive for maximum gain in fitness
  • We educate clients that training should be manageable and consistent
