Bootcamp classes are for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. We have created a great community of bootcampers who are friendly, supportive and motivated.

All our sessions are challenging but fun. If your goal is to be outside, exercising with others whilst achieving weight loss, building aerobic fitness, strength and mobility then our bootcamps are for you.

Your bootcamp instructors are also our personal training team. This ensures that the level of instruction is of the best quality. You will be guided through workouts with the best encouragement and technical expertise.

The location is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty and gives us lots of variety inside our walled garden. Our outdoor workout area is 40 m by 40 m including a large patio plus access to an 800 m running trail overlooking the Bidborough Ridge.

The key to success is consistency and our membership system helps keep you on track. The easy booking system gives you access to the timetable of sessions and once you are a member you can attend any of the sessions via the booking app.

Beginner Bootcamp

The words ” Boot Camp” can put excitement into some people and fear into others.

Here at VO2, our boot camps are designed to not only be held in comfortable surroundings for everyone to enjoy, but also for all to realise the fantastic benefits that training in an outdoor environment brings!

By creating this new 12 week beginner programme, our focus is on helping people new to exercise, to learn how to train, exercise correctly and most importantly, to move better.

The benefits to training outside are vast. Being in and around nature, enjoying the beautiful changes in the seasons, taking in the fresh air, all providing that much needed “feel good” factor, especially as you complete a fun packed session of exercise and begin to feel the improvements to your well-being. This is important to us as we want you to enjoy the experience!

Sessions are to begin Saturday, the 7th of September, beginning at 9:00am and consisting of 45 minutes. Our trainer Bish will be on hand to coach you all the way!


How to join

It couldn’t be simpler to join VO2 Bootcamps. All you need to do is book a free taster session. When you book you select the session you would like to attend.

The trainer for the session will be notified to expect you to the session and take you through the work out. Hopefully you will enjoy it and then select the type of membership you would like.
