Our bike fits are a blend of years of experience, knowledge of the human body and how it relates to cycling and the use of cycle fitting specific tools.
Our basic fit is ideal for anyone who wants to have their bike set up for general riding.
The fit takes 1 hour to complete.
Our bike fit is for riders who want to have their bike set up for sportive, road racing or triathlon riding. The fit takes 2 hours to complete.
The fit uses slow motion cameras and computrainer.

We also look at ways to develop your aerodynamics without compromising performance. The fit uses slow motion cameras and computrainer.
During a bike fit we may make many changes. You will need an adaptation phase where you need to get use to the position and understand how you feel when out on the road.
Some riders will need to have another session to follow on from the first fit or to have continued adjustments.

A study in 1994 by the International Journal of Sports Medicine discovered that, from a test of 518 cyclists that covered an average of 75 miles per week, 86% suffered from one or more overuse injuries due to poor fitting bicycles.

When we set you up we will be looking at ways to help you ride fast but also to make sure you are as comfortable as possible.

The greatest resistance a rider can face is air. Without any fitness gain, if a rider is to improve looking at their position is the first place to start. Lower is not always the fastest way to get a rider to slice through the air. We will be looking at ways to help you slice the air when fitting you to your bike.
